Hi all. I’m using Cursor in Windows (11). In Windows I have several apps pinned to the taskbar. For all, after I open the app, the icon of the open app combines with the existing icon in the taskbar–i.e. the taskbar still displays only one icon for that app (even if I open multiple windows of the same app).
But when I pin Cursor to the taskbar, it does not behave that way. After opening Cursor, my taskbar displays two Cursor icons. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
Here are screenshots of all cases.
This is of course not a critical issue. But it sometimes causes me to click the wrong Cursor icon, which then attempts to open a second Cursor window (resulting in a little wasted time). Plus my taskbar can sometimes get a little low on real estate.
Thanks in advance.
