[0.48.2 and earlier] Chat message box does not accept any keys (occasionally)

I have no clear reproduction steps, but I saw the issue once a week since Composer tab in sidebar (0.44? I don’t remember).
Before 0.48 with several chat tabs I had to restart Cursor to fix this.
Now I can just open a new Chat tab.

I demonstrated this in empty chats, idk will it work for existing chats in a new tab or not. As you will see in video, I somehow closed the faulty tab, so cannot tell anything.

If I catch this again, what steps should I do to help fix this?
