1.4.3 Shift click no longer extends text selection

Describe the Bug

Typically you can select a row of text in a text field, then scroll up and shift-click to extend the selected text region. This is now broken in 1.4.3 (it works in problems/terminal tabs just not the chat window)

This is a big problem since its very hard to edit logs when pasting into the chat window (from say copy object in chrome).

Also dragging the selection window outside the box now causes the input window to collapse instead of continuing to scroll the select region making it impossible to delete large chunks of text.

Steps to Reproduce

Try and shift-click to extend a region.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
