1.6.42: Code always collapsed

Describe the Bug

In the chat window when the LLM is outputting code it is now always forcing the code to be collapsed so you cannot see what it is doing.

Steps to Reproduce

Have it write some code.

Expected Behavior

Show me the code its writing.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

This is making it nearly impossible to use cursor. Having to click on 90 edits to see what its doing instead of pair programming along is seriously negatively impacting the usability.
