1st Team User no longer with company and whole company account is gone

Thanks for reporting a bug you have found in Cursor!
Please add the following info to help us diagnose your issue:

We created a Business Account and set up SSO. The original user is no longer with the company so we deleted his account. Now no one is able to log in to Cursor.

We tried to recreate the SSO and are completely locked out plus not to mention we believe we are going to be billed for two accounts.

Tried contacting Cursor via email for two days and received no responses.

Not sure what to do other than cancelling my CC in order to prevent from being billed.

THIS ISSUE IS STOPPING US FROM USING CURSOR.

Hey, thank you for reaching out. Our inbox is still overwhelmed, so we can’t respond as quickly as we’d like.

I get it but the bug is a bit huge and luckily identified early during us signing up. Had we been relying on this tool for a few months now and the master account holder left the company, we would all be locked out. If we can’t fix this, my colleagues are going to freeze the credit card on file and look at other solultions.
