Need Assistance: No Response from Cursor Support Regarding SSO Configuration

This is my first post here, so please forgive me if I’m not following the usual protocol.

Our company currently has a business subscription with Cursor for 15 annual accounts. Approximately three weeks ago, I sent a question concerning SSO configuration to [email protected].
Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply yet, despite a follow-up email sent two weeks ago.

Could someone kindly advise how I might effectively obtain a response or escalate this issue?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

+1 We got SSO working, but ended up deciding that the business subscription didn’t provide sufficient value for the per-seat price. When we disabled SSO, all users in our company domain can no longer authenticate with cursor to manage billing/subscription, even with their individual accounts. No response despite multiple tickets.
