About duplicate payments and refund requests

Hello.

I’m masaru takeyoshi in Japan.

I paid for one account of cursor’s business plan on 10/7 using the
account 「[email protected]

The total amount was $384.

However, on 10/14, an additional charge for one account was made to my
credit card. The total amount was $383.99.

Why is this???

I only purchased one account for 「[email protected]」 on 10/7.

I did not make any payment on 10/14.

I strongly request a refund for the unknown payment on 10/14.

I sent an email to [email protected] this morning, so please check it…!
