I’ve been dealing with this issue for three days now and contacted support via email. The initial response I received suggested using a VPN or creating a new account. I tried the VPN, but creating a new account isn’t a viable option since I’m paying for the Pro plan. I was told someone more appropriate would follow up with me, but it’s been three days with no further communication, and the issue remains unresolved.
Hey, if you’re using a VPN, it might be the cause. Try switching to another one. Also, try clearing your browser cache or opening it in incognito mode. I hope this helps.

i tried using a vpn still the same issue, i cannot share my email in a public forum i have already sent to the support and they said they’ll get back to me but so far 4 days with no response
