Today I opened up cursor and tried to ask a few question, and it returned me this:
I tried mutiple question, but all of them don’t work, neither it’s coding related or math related or something random.
I emailed you guys and I got reply saying to turn off VPN and try agian, but in fact I never used VPN on this laptop, so I don’t know what is happening
I am experiencing a similar issue. In my case, I sometimes need to use a VPN because my region blocks certain websites, such as DeepSeek Chat. Therefore, I require access to them, and it’s likely that I am also using the Cursor while accessing DeepSeek Chat.
However, even when I am not using the VPN, my account still shows as blocked.
