Connection failed - 4 days of not being able to use Cursor

Hello there,

Cursor Pro user here. I’ve been trying to use cursor but It’s not responsive at all. I’ve tried to get in touch with “[email protected]”, one guy (Sam) tried to enquire about my error output and version info and that’s all. Still not being to be able to use for 4 days out of 30 days subscription is sux to be honest.

I don’t use VPN.
