This is the reply I got from cursor support which worked for me:

Since you’re in a corporate environment, this connection error is likely related to network settings. Cursor uses HTTP/2 by default, which can sometimes be blocked by corporate proxies. Let’s try this fix:

  1. Open Cursor settings (press Cmd/Ctrl + ,)

  2. Search for “http2”

  3. Enable the “Disable HTTP/2” option

  4. Restart Cursor

I had the same problem when the agent used 25 tool calls and needed to manually resume.
