Add to Chat always put in last chat (not randomly higher)

Is there away or setting that I can have highlighted “add to chat” NOT get put somewhere up in the previous chats?

Hmm that doesn’t seem good. Does it add the highlighted selection to the last input box that “had focus” (i.e. the cursor was in)?

yes, I do it all the time. Im trying to train myself to

  1. alway goto last chat so that is the last focus
  2. then goto editor do my work
  3. then when I highlight and add to chat it works…

BUT

Thats not how I naturally work, so its pretty annoying

You need to use the aichat.insertselectionintofollowup shortcut to add the highlighted code to the last message instead of the focused one.
