Describe the Bug
Problem: As the team admin, I cannot access Fast Premium Requests while my team members can.
The Issue
I see “Enterprise Plan” in desktop (wrong)
I can’t use fast mode
My team members have full access
I manage billing but can’t use what we pay for
Console shows [unauthenticated] errors constantly
Already Tried Everything
Complete local reset (caches, credentials, reinstall)
Verified other team members work fine
Confirmed no user limits set
Checked billing - we’re paying for usage
The Core Problem
My admin account has broken entitlements. I can:
Manage billing
Invite users
See usage ($1000+ last month)
Use Fast Requests (that we’re paying for)
This is feels like a backend issue where my user account has corrupted permissions.
Steps to Reproduce

Use fast requests / capable models etc
