After adding OpenAI key, I dont see Composer 2 but only Composer 2 Fast

Describe the Bug

I purchased and added openAI key to cursor, before that in chat model options, i had both Composer 2 and Composer 2 fast, but now i only see fast option which is 3x expensive. How to bring the regular composer 2 back as Composer 2 fast is 3x more expensive

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, this isn’t a bug and it isn’t related to the OpenAI key. Composer 2 and Composer 2 Fast are now combined into one option called Composer 2 in the model picker, with a Fast toggle. Fast is on by default.

To turn it off: hover over Composer 2 in the picker, click Edit (the button on the right, it’s unfortunately easy to miss), then toggle Fast off.

One more thing: Composer models are proprietary Cursor models. They always run through our infrastructure, and a BYOK key isn’t used for them, whether it’s added or not.

We’re already collecting feedback about the Edit button being hard to discover in other threads: Where did Composer 2 non-fast go?, Cursor IDE/Agent Manager: "Cursor 2" missing from model picker. I agree it should be more visible.
