Hello, I am a graphic designer working in China, and I am currently using Cursor to create some interactive animations. However, after upgrading to a Pro user, I have encountered an issue where the AI chat continuously shows a “connection failed” message.（request ID：5d0bae37-cdb4-414a-93a7-c336af230c05） I have tried toggling my VPN and restarting the conversation, but these steps haven’t resolved the problem. The only time it works for a while is after I reinstall the app, but the connection fails again after some time. This issue is very frustrating, and I hope someone can assist me with this problem.
