Describe the Bug
Always asking Jupyter password.
Steps to Reproduce
When I connected to a remote server, if I had connected to Jupyter server before, the IDE kept asking for the password of the Jupyter server. I didn’t open a jupyter notebook. It is annoying.
Expected Behavior
Only ask for the password when I open Jupyter notebook, and remember the password.

Windows 10/11
