Attached context keeps disappearing

I am experiencing this behaviour also - steps to reproduce:

1. Add files via the + button in Ctrl + L chat
2. Or, add files via the @ Files symbol
3. Navigate between file tabs
4. The files that are present in the chat context are removed (seemingly arbitrarily)
