Hello, I am using latest Cursor version and when attaching any files to my chat , the AI always seems to forget that they are there and available to him …
E.g : I attached files that contain structure of my project and logics of API or Flows … When talking with the AI he sometimes search for a file and can’t find it … But he should be able to find any files since I have the whole project Folders/Files Structure attached to my chat at all time …
It would be really great if this function of attaching files would be working correctly , since it would really help for memory issues … I always attached Structure, Logics, Docs to my message but it doesn’t seem to help a lot… Meanwhile I know I can use MCP server for memory but still I think a combination of both MCP and Attached Files could be really really powerful for AI Coding !
