I am fighting with the same problem. It seems impossible for me to login or sighn up.
Tried to make new email adresses and also using existing github accounts. Different Browsers (Vivaldi, DuckDuckGo etc) with and without VPN with different countrys. no browser cache at all.
I am always getting the same problem. As well I am not recieving any email when I want to use the email sighn-in code.
