Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

same symptom as this guy

and i’ve never used or put any API keys on Cursor or any vscode IDEs in my life.

click model selector

seeing auto mode.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report.

Important: normally Auto is hidden if any custom API key is enabled. But you’re saying you don’t use them. Let’s try to narrow down the cause.

Could you please share:

  • Errors in Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console
  • Does it reproduce in a new window or different project?
  • Try signing out and signing back in
  • Are you using Team/corporate configuration that might enable keys automatically?
