These gray dots on the left side are a visual regression i think. It’s helpful to see when an agent is done with the work, but having the always on gray badges are quite noisy. Seeing the blue dot on its own would be easier to spot too.

Quick legend for the dots in this list: gray means the agent finished and you’ve already opened this chat. Blue means it finished but there’s unread output. Yellow means the agent is waiting on you (a question or confirmation).
I get the point: a gray dot on every already read row adds noise and makes the blue one less noticeable. I passed this to the team. No timeline updates yet.
Appreciate the legend, that actually helps. But yeah i feel it would be cleaner if no dot meant done. I’m also reacting to seeing how clean that nav was before updating, updating and immediately noticing all the dots

Glad the legend helped. I also passed your idea of no dot equals done to the team working on the Agents Window sidebar. It’s exactly the option where the gray dot goes away, and the blue and yellow ones stand out more.
About I can’t unsee it now, I get it. After the cleaner look you had before, the difference really jumps out. There’s no timeline for changes yet, but if I get an update, I’ll reply here.
