I’ve recently set up a business subscription with Cursor for our team at my company. We’re facing an issue with the SSO configuration and as a result are fully locked out of using our only admin account. We’re completely unable to log in to Cursor as an admin. I reached out to [email protected] several days ago, but there’s no acknowledgment that my e-mail was received or if anyone is assigned to look at the problem.
I understand that we’ve signed up to this service despite Cursor not having a published SLA, but having no ticketing system or even an automated response to our e-mail has us worried. Is there any way to know if and when we will receive support on this issue?
