Business plan team management issues (loss of access)

You will lose access to your business plan in the next step. I am in a very difficult situation because I lost my business plan.

  1. Create a Cursor account at yyy@■■■.co.jp
  2. Log in to yyy@■■■.co.jp and sign up for a business plan
  3. In the SSO settings for the business plan, verify the domain ■■■.onmicrosoft.com and configure SSO settings
  4. Log in to Cursor via yyy@■■■.onmicrosoft.com, and as a result, yyy@■■■.onmicrsoft.com will automatically join the team.
  5. In Team Management, set yyy@■■■.onmicrosoft.com as UnpaidAdmin
  6. In Team Management, remove yyy@■■■.co.jp from the team
  7. When logging in with yyy@■■■.onmicrosoft.com, it defaults to the Free plan instead of the Business plan [Bug]

If deleting the account that created the Business plan from the team results in the loss of the Business plan, this action should be prohibited.

I have also sent an email to [email protected] requesting the restoration of the Business plan or a refund of the account balance.

Hey, it looks like this may be a query related to your account billing - if so, the forum is not the best place for this query.

Please drop an email to [email protected] if you have any billing issues.

If you have already sent an email, please be patient - one of the team will get back to you soon!

This report includes both billing issues and bug reports.

I think that unintended access to business plans should be prohibited as an administrator’s web UI.

Please also reply to this email.

    • [email protected] automatically creates an account & allows you to join Team A and become a Business Plan user
  • Team Aonly wants to operate with@example.onmicrosoft.com` address.
    • Set [email protected] to UnpaidAdmin.
    • Remove [email protected] from Team A.
    • Set [email protected] to Admin … I try to do this, but the progress keeps spinning and the configuration doesn’t complete.
      • Reload → [email protected] is in UnpaidAdmin status
      • Set [email protected] to Admin … Trying to set it to Admin, but the progress keeps spinning and the configuration is not completed (for the second time).
      • Next load to Free account! (:star: troubled :star:)
