Now its just in loading state and never get index.
If possible please don’t do any updates. The app works perfectly no need more features. Its just constant issues on new features.
the version I downloaded just now. Its works on my pc not on my laptop. It constantly says loading… no button to stop it too
Hey, this usually happens when your project isn’t open. For example, if you only have a single file open or there are no files in the folder. You need to create a folder and place your files in it.

I uninstalled and reisntalled and its still like this.
i think they mentioned that the files should either - be in a folder, or open in the editor. have you tried that yet?
Are you still having issues with the indexing? we had some problems with it recently but they should be fixed now

Hey, can you try uninstall Cursor, and install our latest update?
If you open the console by tunning the Developer: Toggle Developer Tools command, do you see any errors?
Also, if you open the output pane with CMD+Shift+U, and choose Cursor Indexing & Retrieval from the top right dropdown, do you see any errors or output there?

Hey, looks like some Antivirus app has grabbed one of the installation files, can you try reinstall Cursor?
