I use cursor a lot and now even a Ultra plan is only enough for me to use for like 10 days, does cursor have any problem if I buy a second account? does the On-Demand Usage offer me 1x api value or 2x api value if I am enabling it when I am already Ultra subscribed? will cursor consider bulk purchase like add another bulk of Ultra plan usage in the future for people already using Ultra?
Glad you love Cursor so much! On-demand usage charges at the same API rates as your included usage - no multiplier, so you pay 1x API pricing when you exceed your Ultra allocation. Most power users just stick with one account and let on-demand usage kick in rather than managing multiple accounts.

that’s suboptimital for people expect to use not just a bit over what Ultra plan offered, but significantly more, where buying a second Ultra Plan account just cut the extra cost in half, your offered solution just isn’t incentive compatitive. Really advice your pricing team to reconsider the pricing strategy
I’d really appreciate additional bulk pricing as well or some other solution to get the benefits of the half cost api credits beyond the Ultra plan without needing me to keep switching accounts every time a subscription ends.
I think there should be more base-tier options for the Ultra plan, such as:
Plan | Price | Usage Limit
Ultra+ | $400 | $800
Ultra++ | $600 | $1200
Ultra+++ | $800 | $1600
With the current pricing model, I would likely end up using more than one account anyway just to benefit from multiplied limits. However, if you offered me a $600 option upfront, there is no scenario in which you would be worse off. It would also save me the time and friction of switching between accounts. On top of that, if I had already committed to a larger plan, I would be more likely to build and consume more in lighter months to fully use my credits.
