Can I use my own API only for o1 models?

I’m not sure if I’m doing anything wrong here / if I missed anything. Basically, I’m a Pro user and I want to leverage Claude models for most of my work. However, for complex work, I would like to use o1-preview.

The problem is that currently Cursor’s pricing is 40 cents per o1 request, and that’s billed to my card. However, I would much prefer to use my own API account since 1) not all requests are that long; 2) I have many credits left in my API.

However, it seems that one I enabled the API, 1) all requests are going through this, including gpt4o ones; 2) I can’t use Claude any more.

So it would be great if I can specify the billing channel for different models, i.e. I can use my own API for o1 models, and use my Cursor Pro quotas for Claude requests.

Hey, it seems that when you enable your API key, the Claude models stop working. You’ll need to disable your API key whenever you want to use the models included in your Cursor subscription. You can quickly toggle the API key on or off using the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + 0 or Cmd + Shift + 0.
