Cannot import existing Cursor profile

hi all,

i am setting up a new machine. i exported my cursor profile to github. i also tried a local file. both outcomes were the same. when i imported the profile to my new cursor installation, i get a stale mate. see the screenshot attached

i’ve tried to invoke the ‘Create’ button, but there isn’t any errors or anything notable. it just won’t create the profile and let me set it as the default.

what are some things i can do to troubleshoot this?

Hey, if you have it installed, try this solution:

Same here, i exported my profile from vscode and i’m trying to import it in cursor. My default cursor profile doesn’t have copilot extensions, neither the exported profile, and just gets stuck. Also tried importing with all extensions disabled, still no luck. Another option?
