Cannot sign-in from IDE (Mac, 404 on API call, spams same API)

Describe the Bug

Get a “The application can’t be opened. -600” mac error pop-up when I hit the “Sign–in” button on settings tab.

through developer tools, i can see a **** ton of 404 calls.

have a new laptop
install cursor

Expected Behavior

that i can connect to my cursor account from the cursor IDE

Have you tried right click? I tried it and there was a link to sign in and it worked
