I’ve tried logging in again and reinstalling the app, but it still doesn’t work.

I literally have the same problem. just bought it to cursor tab. Apparently, I see it on my Mac device but not on windows

Can you confirm, is it just Tab that is not working, or do all the AI features in Cursor not work correctly?

yes it’s just the Tab which is not working. I just tried chat functionality, it works as expected. I have asked “what does the open document do” to Claude-sonnet and gpt4o-mini. both responded as expected. yet the tab functionality is same as in the picture on the first message of the topic. I can see that I have pro account but cursor Tab is disabled. Additionally, I have two devices Mac and windows 10. I can use the Tab on Mac but Windows 10. As what I understand @yewchen also has win10. I have bought my membership today as well. same as @yewchen
