Describe the Bug
Hi,
Basically I have verify ma account as a student - and can’t log in to the account.
After selecting “log in” the dashboard is loading for a few second → and then redirecting again to the login page.
Steps to Reproduce
Just logging in to the account with the correct creditentials, and maybe verifying as a student.
Expected Behavior
Log in successfully

This has been an ongoing issue for a long time and most of the people have contacted support. Be patient.

Hey, are you able to login normally, or does this only happen when trying to use our student discount offer?

Only on my student account with .edu domain(even via github registered on that edu mail) . (I successfully get confirmed student status). Any other email works fine, no problem

Also I have been told, that someone will get back to me like a month ago - maybe even more. Still havent heard a thing from support
I Guess they do that to all students account created after some date. My firend created today account and have same problem. Yeah, nice try dear capitalism
Sorry for the delay here. Our support is incredibly busy, and we are working to try to scale up that team to help people get responses quicker.
Regarding your student discount, it’s likely that your school or region is not currently supported by our discount. I understand SheerID has successfully verified you, but that is unfortunately not the whole criteria for our student discount.
We are still looking to grow the availability of this discount, but it is providing to take time while we check what regions and schools we can add without risk of fraud or abuse of the discount.
I apologise that we are unable to offer you this at this moment in time, but hope we can do so in the near future!
