After successfuly providing credentials and clicking sign in, I’m being unable to log in, every time I do, I get a quick flash with the view in provided screenshot, then I get back to the login page in a loop.
Mine says it logs me in but when I check my Cursor Software it is still on “Login” or “Sign In” I have been contacting there email support and it seems they did not response now for almost 1 day, they told me that they will loop me to a teammate to dig deeper with my issue but yea I am still waiting
I know how frustrating it is, but me as a student myself who also had the same login problem issue and been waiting for 5 days and yet not resolved, luckily one of the staff give me some tip on how I could resolve, which I tried to analyze and test it myself, and it works like charm! Probably you guys give this a try, and let me know there if it works!
Tried Edge, Chrome, Safari across multiple platforms (Windows, MacOS, Android) and devices along with cleaning browser cache, cookies etc.
My guess is it is region based (EU here), email based (.edu domain here) or time of registration (the week they announced problems with .edu license) - other than that no idea what may be the cause since support is not helpful at all
