Why cursor doesn’t have a feature to the user can change his own email?

FYI, I just emailed support and asked them to change my email address. They said this forum post wasn’t accurate, and that they can’t do this

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the email address on an existing Cursor account. You’ll need to create a new account with your preferred email address
