Chat/Agent Image Upload doesn't work

Image uploading does not work.

When I go to upload, it either doesn’t show up at all, or shows up but the image is broken. I’ve tried .png and .jpg.

Cursor Version: 0.46.5

This is a big part of my AI workflow, it is frustrating not to have it working.

met same issue here for Cursor Version: 0.46.8

0.46.9 is the same issue,but drop and drag works
