I’m getting the same results when I select these two. Does ‘with codebase’ index the entire folder (everything in the sidebar)? Do I have to be a pro user to give the AI more context?
Ah. can you post what kind of question you are asking. Can you check the settings for if your repository is indexed. if its not, you should start the indexing process. the ai will pull context from across the codebase to answer your questions after you do that.
Its possible we had an issue with indexing. we are working on making indexing a lot more stable (we got a burst of usage.)

“Can you check the settings for if your repository is indexed” - it says ‘fully synced’. Do I have to log into Github to get better indexing?
