The main channel for product and localization feedback is the Feature Requests category here on the forum. The team reads those threads, and votes plus community activity help signal what to prioritize. We don’t currently have a public tracker where each report shows an assigned owner, an accept or reject or merge status, and a fixed response window. So to be transparent, the intake status format you described doesn’t exist yet. I shared your request for that kind of transparency with the team as feedback.
On UI localization, this is a commonly requested topic, and there are already quite a few threads for different languages. So your voice doesn’t get lost, the best move is to add to the main Chinese thread, since that’s where the core signal is: Add support for Chinese. I can’t promise a timeline or a specific rollout, but your report is recorded and isn’t going into a void. If there’s an update on localization, it’ll be posted in those threads.
