Describe the request
Product/service: Grok Bot (desktop app)
Grok Bot’s product chrome is English-only. Chat replies can already be in Chinese, but the app UI cannot.
What I see today:
- Settings tabs are General / Plugins / Team Setup / Appearance / Updates. Appearance only has Theme (System / Light / Dark). There is no language setting.
- Sidebar, Settings, plugin/connect cards, routines, and other chrome stay English even when the conversation is fully in Chinese.
This is a separate product from Cursor IDE. These existing threads cover the editor, not Grok Bot (topic ids, since new users cannot post many links):

Please add:
- A language setting in Grok Bot (or follow the OS locale).
- Native Simplified Chinese for the full Grok Bot UI: sidebar, Settings, plugins, routines, connect cards, empty states, and system chrome.
- A real i18n setup so more languages can follow, not a Chinese-only one-off.
Related localization gap: Grok Bot voice currently transcribes non-English speech as English (topic 168063, “Grok Bot voice dictation in Portuguese arrives as English text”). Same missing language layer.
I am posting this so Grok Bot i18n is tracked as its own request, not folded into the Cursor IDE Agents Window thread.
