When I try to authenticate the Grok bot with the CircleBack plugin. I get this error. I have tried uninstall and reauthenticating and it persists.
Thanks for the report. I checked this again today. Circleback sign-in is stopping before the browser authorization step, which is why Grok Bot shows The connector reported no details. This does not appear to be caused by your setup, and reinstalling the plugin is unlikely to help.
We’ve let the team know and are tracking the issue. There is not a reliable workaround yet. You can retry Authenticate later without reinstalling, but there is nothing else you need to change locally. I’ll update this thread when there is something concrete to share.
