GrokBots Client application refuses to login back up after numerous attempts. Restarts. Can login via the web as triggered, but same error still remains: Authentication Error, try logging in again. Just stuck in a loop. Have work to do!
Hey @MWT thanks for flagging this, sorry for the hassle. Your login itself is fine. The issue is on the connection side, not your account.
What tripped it up: resetting your Cursor password signs out every session, including the background one your Bot’s cloud computer uses, so for ~30 min afterward messages returned “Authentication error.” It reconnects on its own (no reinstall or Reset/Update needed), which is why logging out and back in didn’t help. On your phone, just sign in with the new password and it’ll pick up the same Bot.
This isn’t intended behavior, so we’ve let the team know and it’s an issue we’re tracking. Send your Bot a quick test message and let me know how it looks. I’ll follow up here if there’s more to share.
