Connection Failed with WLAN

I always get this message: Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN

If i use my iPhone Hot Spot it Workes but if I use my WLAN it says this Message.

I have this Problem since the new Update

But my Internet and everything works Fine. So what can be the Problem here ?

Hey, are you using a VPN or a proxy server? The issue might also be related to antivirus or firewall software, or any other software controlling your internet connection. Also, try disabling HTTP2 in the settings, sometimes that helps.

I see in 0.50.2 there was a ZScaler vpn issue update. Not sure if that resolves the requests failing for those on a corporate network/vpn. Is there a similar fix coming out for users under Netskope? I believe Cursor is unusuable after 0.46 for those on NetSkope so we have to use 0.45 and agent does not work in 0.45, only normal for those who companies use Netskope.

You can use the shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + , or in the command palette.

@hazkaza 0.50.x should now work behind Netskope as well, as long as you disable the HTTP/2 setting
