Sometimes, I want to transfer some instructions or explanations from Cursor’s chat to somebody else, because only Cursor knows the codebase and is able to make such great explanations.
However, copy/pasting entire prompt answers is a pain. There is no button for that at all, and if you decide to do it manually, the formatting gets totally wrong, to say the least.
Here is me trying to copy-paste some explanations to my gitlab merge request (it’s just unreadable):
I wonder if I just missed some button somewhere, or if the feature actually doesn’t exist.
This is my biggest pain on Cursor yet : I feel locked into Cursor, with super interesting prompt answers that I cannot share to my colleagues at all.
