Cursor Android mobile app

I built an unofficial Android client for Cursor’s Cloud Agents, and it’s heading to Google Play. Google needs 12 people opted into a closed test for 14 days before I can publish it. If you’ve got an Android phone and a minute, it would really help.

  1. Join the tester group (anyone can join): groups.google.com/unofficial-cursor-android-testers
  2. With the same Google account, open play.google.com/apps/testing/com.cursorandroid.app and tap Become a tester
  3. Install it from Play and leave it installed for the 14 days

No ads or paywalls, ever. It uses your own Cursor API key, it isn’t affiliated with Cursor. I won’t be updating the GitHub releases by January 2027. Details and source: github.com/Foreverlegion/Cursor-Unofficial-Android/issues

It’s ridiculous that this isn’t a thing yet, especially for an AI company. Does this work with their new remote feature?

Yes it does I’m actually using that specific feature this very minute lol, the only thing we are still not able to do that a bit hit to us is card approvals. They have that locked down with no API, I’m keeping an eye on new API’s almost daily though.

The fact that an android app still doesn’t exist is crazy. Just get Opus 5.5 to build it, you would make more money from new users than you would spend in tokens in like a few hours. Plus, how many Devs actually use iPhone? If anything the android app should’ve come first!
