Cursor Connection failed vpn or connection issue

i have this issue since several days now and its hapenning for claude-3.7-sonnet model

im NOT using a vpn and i don’t have any kind of firewall or anything of the sort to stop it

i also disabled http2 and did multiple troubleshooting mainly changing connection source, even used a public wifi

Same issue for me with all models. I fixed it by downloading version 0.46 and disabling automatic updates.

Getting the same message tonight. Cursor worked fine all day and for the last couple hours I’m getting this message. I tried restarting cursor, but it didn’t help.

Hey, are you using MCP servers? If so, try disabling them and see if that resolves the issue.

Happens always when I add @web context in 0.48.6 (went from 0.47.x to that version).
Downgraded to 0.47.9 - the same.

No MCP enable here.. Almost 24 hours without working, with this error message. Email support hasn’t provided updates since 16 hours ago, and I was charged 3 credits for a single request. How can we get help?

Yep, went to sleep, woke up, and it still doesn’t work. What version is everyone on that it’s not working?

i changed nothing.. i just activated the PRO Plan and 2 hours later it stopped working completely.

Restarted pc
Checked the internet connection..
Nothing works -.-
