Cursor Editor is unbelievably Slow

Same project consumes enormous CPU & Memory in Cursor Editor, but very negligible in VS Code. Why so?

Attached screenshot of the line item from Process Explorer from both Cursor and VS Code when i opened same workspace. is it because of Cursor Chat history?

To add to it… Chat history storage space is also not much.
