Cursor IDE Not Recognizing My Business Account

Hi Cursor AI Team,

I recently upgraded to the Business plan. I am able to log in and see in my IDE the business plan linked to my email.

However, when I sign out and then sign in with the same email in my VDI, I see that on the website it recognizes I have a business plan, but not in my VDI.

I am being asked to upgrade to pro when in my IDE, signed in properly, when in the VDI.

Is there a known issue when using the IDE on a VDI? Would greatly appreciate any help in rectifying this. Thank you.

Hi @truell20 , is the Cursor team looking into this at all? It’s been awhile and I haven’t seen anyone looking into this or even viewing this issue I’ve been having. I’ve also been charged twice for the business version on the same account. Thank you in advance.
