In the past week, several users have reported issues about Pro membership.
I subscribed to Business plan and wanted to downgrade to Pro. The UI doesn’t have a button to downgrade to Pro.
I sent an email to hi@cursor.com and got an email from John from Cursor (not sure if this is AI or real human). He suggested me to go to the Settings page to downgrade by myself. I said I couldn’t.
He then cancelled my Business plan, refunded the pro-rate, and charged another $20 for Pro. However, he didn’t set my account to Pro and my account is now back to the Free plan.
I sent 4 emails to him in the last several days and have not seen any reply. This is unacceptable because he already charged $20 from my credit card.
