Cursor Support team, please refund or upgrade my account to Pro

In the past week, several users have reported issues about Pro membership.

I subscribed to Business plan and wanted to downgrade to Pro. The UI doesn’t have a button to downgrade to Pro.

I sent an email to [email protected] and got an email from John from Cursor (not sure if this is AI or real human). He suggested me to go to the Settings page to downgrade by myself. I said I couldn’t.

He then cancelled my Business plan, refunded the pro-rate, and charged another $20 for Pro. However, he didn’t set my account to Pro and my account is now back to the Free plan.

I sent 4 emails to him in the last several days and have not seen any reply. This is unacceptable because he already charged $20 from my credit card.

I am in the same situation as you, and they haven’t even read my emails or processed my refund. I’m extremely frustrated.

Has anyone had any responses? I haven’t heard back for almost 2 weeks now. Nobody replies to the [email protected] email.
