Just curious, do you have a screenshot or something that suggest a downgrade from pro to hobby. Unless your subscription expired, I am having a bit hard time to comprehend this bug

Hello, I was using the pro version, and it’s been just a few days since I purchased it. While using the pro version, I was invited by a friend who uses the business plan, and after leaving that team, I was downgraded to the hobby tier.
I haven’t received any response to my emails. I really enjoy using the service, but the bug that causes me to be forcibly downgraded and the delayed email responses are wasting too much of my time. Could you please have someone from the team reach out to me directly?

However, if you’ve joined a business plan, your Pro plan would have been cancelled and refunded for the amount of time you had left for the month - this refund can take 5-10 days, so you may have not seen it hit your account.
To carry on with Pro after leaving the team, you can simply repurchase Pro!
