Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
After updating cursor, I am now into my third hour trying to resolve it, it keeps getting stuck while opening, seems now I have 2 versions of cursor running.
I would suggest no one update until they resolve this.
Being a paid member, this hurts much worse.

Steps to Reproduce
install an old version of cursor, when opening it says you have to update, hit update, it takes you to cursor, download it, install it, then try to open cursor again, now it is stuck

yes, I sure did get some trouble, thanks for pointing it out to me, nothing but trouble came with this update
even though that is not my screen size, it is your bug
cant even uninstall now.
it appears I have been effectively shut down from the ability to use cursor, not sure if I was targeted for some reason, but apparently my business is no longer wanted, which sucks, because I have fallen in love with Cursor.
So I have 2 versions installed now after the update, and can not uninstall the old version, and the new version is not working
