Hello, anyone can login using browser and connected to Cursor App? and also the AI is not worked always show connection issue, my connection is good and can browsing.

I have try your way but not working till now
tried changing browser - didn’t help. Restarted - didn’t help. Closed browser and clicked login - didn’t help with different browsers set as default. So far nothing helps.

Yes I have had the same issue for over 2 hours now.
I tried uninstalling and removing all temporary files.
Originally the issue was that Cursor could not connect or retrieve a response from the AI prompt.
After uninstalling and removing files I am now unable to log in at all.
If anyone finds a solution for this, please let me know

I have the same issue. The message from the cursor response is, “If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN, or email us at hi@cursor.sh.”. My internet connection is good and running well.
I think the issue is either of two things:
- Starlink or;
- Region based
I am based in Indonesia, I turned on a VPN and now Cursor works. But I ideally dont want to use a VPN as I cant manage my backends with it on.
