I don’t know if it’s just me but Cursor just feels unusable at the moment… It gets stuck on generating no matter if I’m using Fast or Slow requests… And any LLM/Auto.
When Fast requests finally do come through - Gemini 2.5 Pro tool calls don’t work and it just stops.
Slow Requests just give up after about 3 minutes.
Currently on 0.49.6.

If you aren’t using Claude 3.7 Sonnet, it usually messes up frequently, especially with Gemini 2.5 Pro. It will just completely stop generating the message or say it called edit_file and never did, or something. It’s definitely a mess currently.
Same thing happens to me, Gemini 2.5 pro also randomly stops while thinking, generating, editing files, reading files, etc.
It becomes so unstable right now.
I’ve noticed over the last several days it has gotten significantly better, especially Gemini 2.5 Pro, but still has some issues here and there. It’s not as big of a mess as it was last week. Seemed like every time I needed an edit, it would fail, call the wrong tools, or sit there forever “Generating”.
