I see you’re on version 1.7.54. First, please update to the latest version (Help > Check for Updates, or download it from Download · Cursor).
If the issue still happens after updating, can you share:
- Your email domain (the part after @)?
- A screenshot of your browser console during the login attempt (F12 > Console > try logging in > screenshot any errors)?
- Whether you’re using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus?
